The Foot Fist Way is a movie that, although you’ll wonder what the hell it is, you have to see. The comedy premiered at the LA Film Festival waaaay back in 2006 and is just creeping into theaters. Will Ferrell reportedly loves this movie as does Adam McKay - do it must be good!

Danny McBride stars as North America’s finest tae kwon do instructor and self-anointed ‘King Of The Demo’ - Fred Simmons. Everyone on the inner track of Hollywood is absolutely raving about The Foot Fist Way so make sure you check it out.

The official synopsis goes a little like this,

“After he attacks the man who slept with his wife, a tae kwon do instructor goes on a downward spiral that ultimately causes him to escape his feelings by going on a pilgrimage with his buddy and two of his students to see his hero, Chuck “The Truck” Wallace.”

Paramount Vantage is releasing the film on April 11th in limited theaters.
