Eric Dane Joins Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston on Marley & Me

Eric Dane is set to play his first big screen role since X-Men: The Last Stand. Dane has joined the cast of David Frankel’s canine comedy Marley & Me. Best known for his stint on Grey’s Anatomy, Dane will join Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston and Alan Arkin in the film.
Marley & Me is based on reporter John Grogan’s best selling memoir and sees a family learn some important life lessons from Marley, a highly strung dog. Dane will play Grogan’s best friend and the man who suggests he adopt the pup as a child substitute.
