In this sequel to the original Garfield follows his owner, Jon, to England, where Garfield is mistaken for a look-alike, royal cat who has inherited his own castle. Garfield laps up the royal treatment but his reign is in danger. The evil Lord Dargis is resolute to do whatever it takes to get rid of Garfield so that he can turn the castle into a resort.

I never really thought that the first Garfield was that funny and it never really seemed to have any real conviction. But I think that this one will be a huge improvement. That fat ginger cat is so cute and has the funniest voice and the film is sure to be a hit with the whole family. Here, check out the trailer (read more…)

Have you ever seen Bernard’s Watch? It was about a little boy who could stop time using his watch; I don’t think it’s on T.V anymore, however it was really amusing back in its day.

And set to be released soon this year is a new film called Click starring Adam Sandler. It is about a workaholic architect, who has been more interested in his career than his family, suddenly comes across a universal remote that allows him to do tasks that can change his life. For example, he can pause events or fast-forward over them. But when the remote begins generating its own memory and choosing what to fast-forward over, the man realises how much of his life has passed by him and finally realises that it is more important to spend time with his family. Eddie Murphy is back again dressing up as numerous characters in one film that is set to be released in the autumn of next year.

Norbit is a hilarious film about a mild-mannered man who is betrothed to a gruesome woman but meets the woman of his dreams, and plans to find a way to be with her and get away from his plump fiancé. Norbit, his fiancé and another rather old man are all played by the comical Eddie Murphy who has also starred in similar films such as The Nutty Professor. Surf’s Up is a new film to be launched in 2007 about penguins surfing – did you know they invented it?

No, me neither. But here is a film/documentary to prove it. I don’t think there is any real plot to this film; it’s just another fun family animation. Just like Madagascar I think it will be really amusing and enjoyment for people of all ages, and who can’t love cute penguins on giant surf boards? (read more…)

This film Open Season looks to be a fun filled family film. I think this motion picture will be a real hit; from the trailer alone you can see it is going to be funny. I mean what about that line: “The woods are no place for a bear!”
